I'm Binck Festival
In the end of the Introduction Workshop FLOWS with Jan Jongert and Lizanne Dirkx from Superuse Studio (www.superuse-studios.com), students were invited to participate in the official launching of I’m Binck Festival (www.imbinck.nl) which took place on 1 October 2014 at De Besturing, the Binckhorst.
In this market where several culinary entrepreneurs were invited to show the audience their food specialties, INSIDE students were also given a chance to sell their mushroom kits and home-made food products using the mushrooms they grew and took care of during the Flows workshop. The home-made food products included mushroom soup and mushroom bruschetta received very good feedback from the customers. Students also used this chance to share the experience and knowledge they gained from the workshop.
